Reserving the Church for Special Events
Are you planning an event or meeting? (eg. wedding, memorial service, reception, etc.)
At times members and others wish to use the sanctuary or fellowship hall or both for special related events (weddings, funerals, memorial services, etc.) Please read our building use guidelines.
Building Use Guidelines
Church buildings can be reserved by individuals for special events. All such requests should be in writing and can be scheduled only for times that the facilities are not in use for official First Presbyterian Church activities or services.
Reservations for special events, and associated fees and refundable deposits (if any) should be arranged with the pastor or secretary. All individuals using the facilities of the church are responsible for the set-up and clean-up and removal of all special items they may use for their event, to return the facility to the condition it was in prior to its use.
